A lot of Apple news today:

  • A showdown of the new Microsoft Zune versus the new iPod Nano and the Classic;

  • iFixit finds an undisclosed Bluetooth chip in the iPod Touch;

  • The freshly released iTunes 8 turns out to BSOD Windows Vista machines;

  • A gallery of the new iPods

Footnote is the Facebook for the dead. RIM (Blackberry) announces it’ll partner with Live Search and the Ubuntu Team has started the development of their next incarnation of Ubuntu Linux, ‘Jaunty Jackalope’ (9.04).
