As Microsoft advertised, one would be able to save PDF-files with Office 2007. Due to infringement issues with Adobe, the proprietor of PDF, Microsoft decided to remove this capability. Instead, it is offered as an add-on download. Installing will allow you to save PDFs from the following applications:
- Microsoft Office Access 2007
- Microsoft Office Excel 2007
- Microsoft Office InfoPath 2007
- Microsoft Office OneNote 2007
- Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2007
- Microsoft Office Publisher 2007
- Microsoft Office Visio 2007
- Microsoft Office Word 2007
